About This Site
Probably more than you really want to know...
I am a web designer/developer by trade, with a strong focus on standards, usability, and accessibility. But to be totally honest, deep down, I'm a geek. I love this stuff, can't find enough hours in the day to play with all the cool toys and tech that I want to try out. It's my job and my hobby and I love it.
Yes, I've been told I'm weird. Don't care. I'm having fun.
So, this site is my playground. This is where I try out new ideas, spout off about what I'm thinking and doing, and test out new coding techniques before I use them on a client's site.

Why Aren't All Pages Validated?
As you move through this site you'll notice that some pages display the W3C validation icon but others don't. That's because some pages include 3rd party code, and their code isn't totally valid (yet - I hope!). Where possible, I have made corrections to the 3rd party code, but in some cases that's not allowed, so those pages won't validate.
